SHE's HERE...

and we can't get enough of her!

She decided to arrive 3 1/2 weeks early and I couldn't have been happier about it. Honestly, I was convinced it was false labor since it was so early. So after counting contractions for a few hours I decided to head to the hospital just to make sure it wasn't real. I told Paul to stay home with the kids and I would probably be back in no time (he insisted on coming, but I convinced him that I would be fine and it probably was nothing). Well by the time I got to the hospital I was pretty sure it was "real" and they told me I wasn't going anywhere. So I hurried and called Paul, who QUICKLY got the kids to his brother (thanks Matt & Steph) and he rushed to the hospital. By the time he got there I was about to get the epidural and already at 8 cm, I was so glad to see him...it was go time.

She is so in love with little Morgan, and tells everyone it is "her baby"

My mom is the best, we called her in the middle of the night and she packed up and hopped on a plane and was here just hours after Morgan was born

I have to say though, from reading your comments, apparantly I married the only man in the world who likes the lights on while watching T.V. at night!!

My thinking is this:

Turn the lights off, get comfortable and if it makes you tired, PERFECT then you go hop in bed and call it a night.

So although we will still probably watch the T.V. with a light on, Paul can no longer tell me "only your family watches the T.V. in the dark!!"

Alright, I have a question for you all...

At night once the kids are asleep, you get everything cleaned up and get in your "comfy clothes" for the night. What's next?? If you are like me you cuddle up on the couch to watch a movie or the good ol T.V.

Once Upon a Time...

I could see my feet,

Ready or Not....

it was time for him to start Kindergarten!

Who am I kidding?

The kids was so ready and has been excited for weeks.

It was me that wasn't sure if I was ready to send my little boy to school ALL DAY everyday.

So the BIG awaited day was today.....

My Little Kindergartner

Yesterday he was so excited to get his blessing, make his lunch, set out his clothes and get everything ready.

This morning he ate his nutritious first day of school breakfast, packed up his backpack and lunch and got ready bright and early for his Kindergarten Debut!

His teacher had them decorate a fish to bring the first day of school to help decorate the classroom...he is so proud!

I can hardly wait to pick him up this afternoon and hear all about his day!

I'm gonna miss you like CRAZY, but am so excited for this new adventure.

Your teacher is one lucky lady to get to spend ALL DAY every day with you!

...and yes, I did cry. I got choked up at school but kept the tears in, but when I got home and talked to Paul on the phone I let all out. It's just a weird feeling to send your kid off to the "big kid" school. But I am SO EXCITED for him, I really really am. It's normal to cry on their first day of school, right??

The Last Night of Summer

so the kids took advantage and had a sleepover!

Paul asked them whose room they wanted to sleep in and they chose on the office...so he whipped the futon out and the party began!

Summer Visitors....

Since it's so dang HOT here in the summer, we dont get summer visitors often. Which made us even more excited when Paul's Parents came for a visit for my nieces baptism.

Last night we hit the pool and then Monkey Business for some pizza before Grandma & Grandpa had to leave :(

He was double fisting the food and couldnt get enough...he didnt seem to mind the gagging as long as there was food in his mouth. Such a cute little kid.

We loved having Grandma & Grandpa come for a visit...come back soon!
