So last week Paul was heading out to hit a bucket of balls at the Driving Range,

when Brig caught on and asked if he could go along.

So as they were heading out, baseball caps on and golf clubs in hand, Brig turns to Paul and says,

"I'm Just Like You Dad!"

It was so adorable!

I love watching him already looking up to his Dad so much & wanting to be just like him!

1.

I am very emotional over little things...yes I cry in movies, and have even been known to shed some unwanted tears while watching sitcoms! I know kinda embarassing!

2.

I talk in my sleep. When I was younger I used to start fights with my sister...sorry Heather.

And now that I am grown and mature (haha) I still talk in my sleep. When I first got married Paul used to try to tell me that I was asleep, but soon learned that didn't go over well so now he finds GREAT humor in joining in the conversation and trying to get me to say funny things!

3.

I love to play games....card games, board games (yes...I like Monopoly. Sisters, do you remember our summer long Monopoly games??) and pretty much any game. I am competitive but also just love the quality time and memories that games bring. Unfortunately, "My Man" isn't so into games, but will play every once in awhile just cause he loves me!

4.

I am easily hypnotized...no, really! Good 'ol Johnny B in Provo could hypnotize me in a heartbeat. Kinda weird, can't remember a thing but I have it all on tape so that I wouldn't miss out on how goofy I acted!

5.

I love CHOCOLATE! I know...What girl doesn't? But REALLY, I LOVE chocolate!

6.

The wonderful world of blogging has become my latest hobby. It's great...it's my scrapbook and journal all-in-one! It helps me feel in touch with my whole world...seeing pictures of all my friends and family makes the distance between us feel smaller. Call me a computer geek...but I think it's the greatest thing ever!

7.

Last, but definitely NOT least, I have the most AMAZING family.

I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children. Nothing is better to me then when my kids give me a a hug, or a smooch or whisper "I Love You" or when my husband smiles the smirk that I so love.

I am the luckiest girl around!

Lake Powell has Come & Gone...

Part 1

We always LOVE Lake Powell..and we were not let down this year.

It was such a FUN week!

Brig & Raegan had great fun with "Cousin Luke"

Brig absolutely loved this trip! Everything about it was heaven to him!!

He loved watching & feeding the Carp, and most of all Fishin' with Daddy!
He even got to Wake Surf & Wake Board with Daddy.

Good Work Brig...it must run in the family!

Brig had so much fun "Lake Surfin'" with Dad that Raegan even took a turn!

We took a Sunday Drive out to Rainbow Bridge. It was beautiful, but to say the least after a long day we were very glad to make it back to the houseboat!

Of course with lots and lots of fun comes Very Sleepy Kids!

Brigs favorite place to sleep was his "Secret Spot"

(under the steering wheel of Pa's skii boat)

This year was extra special because the ENTIRE family made it...so there are many more pictures to come!

Happy 4th of July!

What a fun Holiday...warm weather, NO work for Daddy,

the pool, BBQ & Fireworks!

We had some friends over for a BBQ!The kids kept cool the "Old Fashioned" way...

Paul thought it would fun to do a little "Mythbusters" experiment!

So he dropped a Mentos candy into a liter of Diet Coke and we watched it explode out of the bottle!

It's not the Fourth of July without Fireworks!

So we headed off to Enjoy The Show

(thanks to the Olsens we found a gerat place to watch them without having to fight the traffic...good work)!!

Despite the look on her face in this picture Raegan LOVED the Fireworks (I think she was irritated in this pic because we turned her head away from them)!

She commented on the fireworks the whole time...."Wow" "Oh Cool" "Pretty"!

Brig loved them too...his favorite were the Green & Purple ones!

At the end of the day the Kids were exhausted & so were we!
