A New Addition....

Matt (Paul's Brother) and Stephanie had a little boy today. We went to visit them at the hospital, he is such a cute little baby. Brig and Raegan loved holding him!

The Olsen's BIG move has come, and the Cannon Household is very sad!
The Olsens are such a great family!
Heres the Rundown:
Kyle: Mr. Incredible himself, makes some mean Fish Tacos, and is such an easy going guy!
Jean: My JeanBean, she is amazing! She is a true friend, full of fun, can make some amazing gorgeous jewelry and is all around the queen of craftiness.
Riley: The cutest gal around, the best Babysitter EVER, Raegan adores her!
Hayden: Makes everyone laugh and Brig thinks he it the coolest kid ever!
Reece: Brig's Buddy, funny, can draw like no other 4 year old I've ever seen, has the best smile!
So now you all see why they will be MISSED!

We love you all, don't forget all the fun times in Tucson...and we will be sure to visit you LOTS!

Night at the Park

We signed Brig up for Spring Soccer, so we thought we'd head over to the park last night for a little pre-practice! He kept calling Paul "Rocket" while they were playing, and when we put on his shin guards he declared that he was a "Gladiator" (the kid loves that show)!

All Because 2 People Fell In Love...

I love Valentine's Day! It's a whole day dedicated just to remembering and showing how much people love eachother. I'll try not to be too corny, but I just want to say how much I love my husband. One of the first things I fell in love with was his little smirk and how he makes me laugh...both things still make me love him more everyday.

When I met him 7 years ago on a 'blind-date" I had this feeling that he would be a part of my life for a long time, but never knew we would fall in love, get married and have 2 wonderful kids together 7 years later.

I am so lucky to be Brig and Raegan's Mom, they are both amazing little kids and I love them so much. My kids are so amazing, they love me regardless of all my flaws. They are such a blessing to me. I Love You!

I know this is my 3rd post for the day, what can I say? I love Valentine's Day! Thanks Jean for tagging me!

What is your hubbies name? Paul

How long have you been together? Married for 6 amazing years!

How long did you date? Well, it was about a year from when we met. BUT, after about the first 3 months we broke up for about 6 months (that was the nice way of saying Paul dumped me). But he came to his senses, and once we got back together we knew it was the right thing, and we were engaged after about a month.

Who eats more? Paul has a bigger appetite, but I probably snack more!

Who said "I love you" first? Paul! He was the first guy I said "I love you too," but I wanted to make sure I meant it when I said it. Thanks Paul for being so patient, he just kept saying it to me and waited patiently for me to come around. He still teases me because he would say I love you and I would say "Thanks." And then the first time I said it I was so nervous he said I love you and I said "me too" he was like "you love yourself?" then I replied "No, I LOVE YOU". That was the first time! Oh I just got all tingly thinking about those first days!!

Who is taller? Paul, as he would say "I'm 5 foot 11 and 15/16 inches!"

Who is smarter? Paul definitely in Science, but I was his private tutor for math.

Who is more sensitive? I'm a girl, so of course me!

Who does the laundry? Me! I shot myself in the foot by telling Paul I would do it all when we first got married (bc he shrunk some of my clothes). But it's okay, I don't mind.

Who does the dishes? Me, but Paul will help load the dishes after dinner!

Who sleeps on the right? That would be me!

Who pays the bills? Me, my Mom did that stuff in our family, so it just was natural for me to do it. Paul doesn't mind! But Paul makes the money, so I guess in a sense he "pays the bills"

Who mows the lawns? Paul, not even sure I know how (that's emabarassing)!

Who cooks dinner? Me, but Paul is the King of the BBQ!

Who drives when you are together? Paul

Who is more stubborn? Definitely Paul, but he would say definitely me! So I guess we tie in the "VERY STUBBORN" department!

Who kissed whom first? Paul kissed me, outside my dorm at BYU! Paul loves to tease me because afterwards I was nervous and said "Hey! Hey!" Okay, I am already wishing I didn't write that, embarassing!

Who asked who out first? Kinsey asked me out for Paul, ,and Joe asked him out for me! Yep, a "BLIND DATE!" We always talk about how we BOTH almost backed out, because usually blind dates are a NIGHTMARE, but aren't we glad we gave it a chance?

Who proposed? Paul of course!

Who has more siblings? Me, I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. Paul has 2 brothers and 1 sister!

That was fun, it got me reminiscing about our "dating" and "falling in love" stage of life!

Good Times

This past weekend was kinda like a little "reunion" of sorts.

The Heaps came back to Tucson for a little visit, and so of course the weekend was filled with LOTS of fun (The hubbies and kids were really around too, but these are the only pics I could scrounge up)!!

I'm thinkin' Jamie's new "gameplan" needs to be to move back here and for the Olsens to just stick around and NOT move to Utah (like I need more reasons to miss Utah).
